Fire Alarm

As we grow, we learn our worth. Experiences that impact us from birth. It’s only a matter of time before we realize betrayal and uneasiness, having to decipher what’s worse. Trauma with significant impact that we unknowingly carry with us, strapped on like a purse

Emotional responses to terrible events…trauma. Death, car accidents, assault, flashbacks, stomachs twirling flashing through mental nausea. Anxiety stressors where minds wonder and wander ongoing no punctuation with an overuse of commas. A slight moment can trigger emotional responses…anxiety steaming like a crowded sauna

It’s always at the users discretion, understandings carried out through communication. Actively listening and using what’s said to move accordingly avoiding trigger baiting

Appreciating the bumps in the road triggers a new emotion once you’re out the storm. You learn your worth, what you’ll allow and can forecast the clouds starting to form. And weather you get caught in the same cycle or learn from the smoke in the air…you’re already in the wrong position if you hear the fire alarm
